I've been participating in the Consultants Give Back (CGB) program at ALA and PLA since we started doing it a couple of years ago. The concept is to provide a short, free consulting session for libraries that might not otherwise afford a consultant.  Or to answer some easy questions without having to get into a consulting contract.  Or maybe you want to meet a consultant to see if they're someone you'd like to hire down the line.  It's a win-win for everyone!  It's nice to be able to work with libraries informally and to learn more about what their concerns are, so come on by!

I'll be participating for the full block of time so feel free to request an appointment (30-45 minutes seems to be about the right amount of time to me).  You can request an appointment using the Contact Form on this site or send me an e-mail. You can also drop in but I was booked solid at PLA so if you really want to speak with me specifically, I recommend making an appointment.

Date: Sunday, June 24, 2012

Time:  1:30 and 5:30

Location:  Conference Center, Room 203B.

I'm just one of many consultants that are participating.  For the complete list, keep an eye on this site:  http://ascla.ala.org/blog/.
