Focus Areas

The Galecia Group has established expertise in five key areas: automated materials handling, Open Source library system software, RFID, library filtering, and workflow optimization.  Workflow optimization is a heading we use to define a range of services including interlibrary delivery analysis, change management and technology integration workshops, project planning and service model definition, Lean consulting and training, space design, and equipment recommendations. 

While our consulting work extends beyond these areas to include things like website development, public access computing solutions, and various IT and systems analysis projects, you'll find that few consultants have the breadth and depth of knowledge in these Focus Areas.
