Santa Clara County Library District Automated Materials Handling Replacement Project
Project Summary
The consultation with SCCLD has included several phases starting with evaluating the current automated materials handling system and providing recommendations for improving materials handling operations. Lori Ayre worked with the library to arrange demos of vendor systems currently available in the marketplace and guided the library through the process of selecting a new vendor. The engagement has continued through implementation of the new systems including design, specific product selection, project management of the removal of old systems and installation of the new systems.
